Hi! I'm Kristina...
I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. I'm very fortunate to come from a wonderful and supportive Christian family. I enjoy traveling, spending quality time with friends, and finding out what others are passionate about. From a young age, being active and athletics have brought me so much joy, and have done so much for my health, healthy outlook, mindset and overall well-being. After giving up competitive volleyball and soccer in high school, I was introduced to the benefits of weight training and also learned a lot about nutrition. Both have been a vital part of my life ever since.
This May I graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego where I enjoyed the luxuries of gorgeous weather, close proximity to the beach, a stellar athletic training program, and a very close-knit community of believers. Having the opportunity to work alongside athletes through all stages of rehabilitation has been a rewarding experience throughout my undergraduate program. My experience with sports medicine has provided me with unique skills in regard to injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation. In 2017 I became a NASM certified personal trainer because I love helping people reach their goals and making positive changes in the lives of those I encounter through fitness. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my love for fitness, passion for healthy living, and opportunity to invest in the lives of women by helping all of you to love and become the best version of yourselves. Let's do this!
