About Fit Happy Girl

Fit Happy Girl is the premier personal training company for the women of Arizona. Proudly serving the fine residents of Phoenix, Scottsdale and surrounding areas for over seven years. Fit Happy Girl operates out of Independence Gym in South Scottsdale. I currently offer one-on-one training and small group training for women at the gym and I also offer Certified Functional Health Coaching. 

I have also specialized in in-home and on-site training for almost a decade. I will come directly to you! I have all of our own equipment so no need for an in-home gym, but if you have one - great! We will use it! 

For those who are unable to train in person with me, I also offer Online Coaching. No matter what your fitness needs are, I've got you covered, and I will design a customized health and fitness program that is a perfect fit for your lifestyle, and busy schedule.

I am dedicated to getting you the best results possible through fun, safe and effective fitness, that also comes with my 100% support along the way!
